The LIS3DH is a low-power three-axis linear accelerometer designed for motion-sensing applications. With its ultra-low power consumption, compact footprint, and high measurement accuracy, the LIS3DH is ideal for a wide range of portable and battery-powered devices. The device features user-selectable full scales of ±2g/±4g/±8g/±16g and it is capable of measuring accelerations with output data rates from 1Hz to 5.3kHz. The LIS3DH includes a digital signal processing engine, which enables gesture recognition, pedometer, and other advanced motion-sensing applications. The device operates from a 1.71 to 3.6 V supply voltage and is available in a small, thin, DFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. The LIS3DH is also equipped with advanced power-saving features, including low-power and ultra-low-power modes, which enable extended battery life in portable applications.
